"Last year I made a lot of songs for anime series and movies. I used to watch anime and movies too, so I had some kind of formative experience and I'm familiar with it. So I can make songs by looking back on my childhood. But when it comes to drama, I don't have any formative experience. So I heard stories from the actual production people, read the script, and saw the visuals while it was still being made," said Kenshi Yonezu about his impression of receiving the offer.
